Our packages

For hosts who want a completely stress-free, professionally executed event.

From concept to wrap-up, we become your dedicated event partner. Seven planning sessions, vendor sourcing and negotiation, custom event website and RSVP management, detailed décor planning, setup coordination, and up to three days of on-site coverage. We handle every element: entertainment, logistics, and the finishing touches. You just show up and celebrate.

For planners who are almost there and just need someone to own the day.

Everything in The Blueprint, plus five planning sessions to dial in your timeline, program flow, and vendor coordination. On the day of your event, our team provides up to 12 hours of coordination with a lead coordinator and assistant. You bring the vision and we make sure it all pays off.

For hosts who want a solid game plan and the tools to pull it off themselves.

Through three focused 60-minute sessions, we build your complete event roadmap: vision board, budget, timeline, vendor recommendations, custom branding, and invitations. You'll leave with a detailed event guide and everything you need to execute independently, plus text and email support with a 72-hour response time for up to 30 days after delivery.

Pretty much everything. Milestone birthdays, anniversary parties, baby showers, bridal showers, charity galas, corporate gatherings, holiday parties. If it's worth celebrating, we're in. We especially love events with a strong theme and guests who are ready to have a good time.
The earlier the better, especially for larger events. But if you're working with a tighter timeline, don't let that stop you from reaching out. We'll always let you know what's possible and what we can pull together for you.
Yes. The Blueprint is a great way to get a solid plan in place without committing to full planning. If you want more support as the date gets closer, we can talk through upgrading to The Final Touch.
